armarolla, a cabinet of literary curiosities
armarolla Magazine Presentation / Who Is Who

armarolla is a new international literary and art magazine. It attempts to showcase and promote artists originating from the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions or international artists whose work focuses in these areas. It aims to operate as a platform for dialogue with the western creative production. It seeks to publish work that is curious, whimsical, and stormy: work that subverts expectations and might not fit in with the literary mainstream.

Issue I features the works of: GALE ACUFF, GLEN ARMSTRONG, PHILLIP BANNOWSKY, AMY BASKIN, LANA BELLA, ROBERT BEVERIDGE, ELISABETH BLAIR, ACE BOGGESS, R. BREMNER, ALAN BRITT, MARILYN CAVICCHIA, WILLIAM DORESKI, EVA FERRY, HOWIE GOOD, AHMET HAŞIM, MOHAMMAD SHAFIQUL ISLAM, SPYROS KAZANTZIS, HIRAM LAREW, BRANDON MARLON, JOAN McNERNEY, ANDREA MOORHEAD, SEAN MURPHY, IZZY ONEIRIC, TOM PESCATORE, DREW PISARRA, EUGENE POLONSKY, JOELLE REBEIZ, MIRIAM SAGAN, JANETTE SCHAFER, JUDY SHEPPS BATTLE, DONNY SMITH, SARAH WASHBURN THORNTON & CHANG WEN.

About the publisher:
Stelios Hadjithomas (b. 1990, Cyprus) is an interdisciplinary artist whose work spans, and experiments with genres and mediums. He mainly works with text, speech, sound, and new media. Recent/ upcoming appearances: Tribute to George Seferis 1900-71: An exhibition with artists’ books, Museums of the Pancyprian Gymnasium, 2017, Imago Mundi - Luciano Benetton Collection, 2018.
